I've fallen in love with expressive brushstrokes....brushstrokes with life in them. To the typically thought-out application of paint I've used, I'm adding spontaneity, variety and texture. An unusually extended horizontal canvas provides scope for a dynamic energy crossing the picture. The contrasting composition gives the impression of depth receding into the centre of the plain and the lines emerging from there.
